The Maine Retreat

Welcome to small town, beautiful Maine!  For decades Maine has been a summer escape to people from all over the globe.  From big city dining destinations in Portland to the peace and beauty of Bar Harbor.  Maine truly has something to offer for everyone.  There is a reason that the state motto is ‘The way life should be.’ Here at the Studio of Good Living, we offer an escape from your day to day life.  We are located on Pattee Pond in the small town of Winslow, population 8,000.  The lake is quiet, clean and secluded.  No street lights, no traffic, just peace, quiet and great food at the end of the road.

*While we are secluded, we do have access to internet, cable TV, the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.  Stay in touch with the outside world if you need to, but we don’t think that you will want to!

We are family friendly—children are welcome here. *pack n’ play and toddler beds available upon request.

*Dietary Restrictions and Special Requests happily accommodated with advance notice.
